GAINESVILLE -- On a sunny, breezy day on the 1996 Olympic Rowing Course in Gainesville, Georgia on Sunday, two crews from Orange Coast College captured gold medals at the American Collegiate Rowing Association National Championships.

NEWPORT BEACH -- Saturday on the Newport Harbor was a great day of racing at the 50th Annual Newport Regatta for the Orange Coast College men's crew, with the Pirates winning four of the eight events, and capturing the P.A. Palmer Team Trophy.

FOLSOM -- Orange Coast College men's crew picked up a pair of hard-earned victories at the 2015 Western Intercollegiate Rowing Association (WIRA) Championships this weekend at Lake Natoma.

Last weekend, crews from around the country gathered in San Diego for the annual Crew Classic regatta, and Coast posted solid results against the other four-year programs.
Men's crew sweeps past UCLA in all four races!

The four Coast Crews turned in stellar results again last Saturday against UCLA at the annual OCC/UCLA dual meet. Raced under cloudy skies on Newport Harbor, the Pirate crews took all four of the events, winning by good margins. The teams raced well, and feel confident going into our first major regatta of the spring next weekend, the San Diego Crew Classic in Mission Bay.

Last Saturday, Coast Crews posted stellar results in a regatta with UC Irvine, San Diego State, and Loyola Marymount. In the four races run on a clear, glassy calm morning, all OCC eights rowed to open water victories in their events.
