Pirates take third overall at Arroyo Trabuco
MISSION VIEJO -- The Orange Coast College men's golf team finished third overall at Monday's Orange Empire Conference, Costal Division matchup, hosted by Saddleback College at Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club.
It was a consistent round for all of the Pirate golfers, with Samuel Carrillo leading the way with a 4-over-par, 76. Teammate Braden Guerrero was close behind with a 78, followed by an 80 from Cris Rodriguez, an 81 from Seamus Hunter, an 82 from Zach Iwashta and an 89 from Hayden Jones.
Wednesday's OEC neutral match at Los Serranos was postponed due to unplayable conditions on the course. That match will be made up on April 5, back at Los Serranos.
OCC will take to action against on Wednesday at the next OEC Costal matchup, hosted my El Camino College at Los Verdes Golf Club, beginning at 10 a.m.
