WILMINGTON -- The Orange Coast College men's soccer team found the win column on Friday night with a solid 3-1 victory over host L.A. Harbor in a nonconference matchup.
The Pirates (1-2) picked up first-half goals from Sebastian Miller, Edison Ramirez and Greyson Marquez, while Ulisess Gonzalez, Karim Friha and Armand Pigeon each picked up assists.
Those first-half goals proved to be enough offense for OCC, as Pirate goalkeeper Collin Macha shut down any hopes of a Seahawks' comeback with seven big saves to help preserve the Pirates' first win.
The Pirates return to action on Tuesday afternoon at East Los Angeles College, beginning at 3 p.m. OCC's next home match will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 13 against Pasadena City College, beginning at 2 p.m. (TICKETS)
