NORCO -- It's never an easy trek out to Norco College, but Nicholas Cardenas made sure it was a fun trek for the Orange Coast College men's soccer team as the Pirates topped the host Mustangs, 5-1, on Tuesday, in an Orange Empire Conference matchup.
Cardenas notched three goals for the Pirates (9-7-4, 7-5-2 in conference), while Achref Beldi added a goal and three assists and Vitor Gameiro notched a solo tally as well.
Coast used a dominant first half of play to jump out to a 4-0 lead on the Mustangs (5-9-3, 2-9-2) and never looked back.
Thiago Lino Da Costa notched five saves for Coast in the regular season finale for the Pirates.
