Team effort leads Pirates to 20-4 win over Grossmont
COSTA MESA -- The Orange Coast College men's water polo team scored early and often on Saturday morning en route to a 20-4 nonconference win over visiting Grossmont College.
Eleven different players scored at least one goal for the Pirates (11-7), including three apiece from Ian Tesdall, Jake Davis and Francis Deneth.
Jacob Rowley, Jake Parks and Logan Piper each had two goals for Coast, while single tallies were earned by Jacob Caminero, Alexander Madej, Austin Wing, Kevin Dayan and Brandan Rafferty.
Coast will wrap up the regular season with a crucial Orange Empire Conference home match against rival Golden West on Wednesday, beginning at 4 p.m.
