RIVERSIDE -- The Orange Coast College men's basketball team traveled to Riverside City College on Friday night and fell to the Tigers, 92-51, in an Orange Empire Conference matchup.
Myles Woods led the Pirates (3-11, 0-2 in OEC) with 16 points and four rebounds, while Aundrel Pua and Jonathan Ileleji each added 12 points. Illeleji also led Coast with eight rebounds and dished out a team-best five assists.
For the Tigers (8-7, 3-0), five players reached double digits, including Zehiah LoVett with a team-high 13 points. Keylin Vance and Edwyn Collins each had 12 points, Xavier Ford added 11 points and Sammy Richardson contributed 10.
RCC forced 22 Pirate turnovers and held a 47-29 advantage on the boards as the Tigers led 43-21 at the half and never looked back.
Coast will return to action on Wednesday at home against Saddleback College, beginning at 5 p.m.
